• Logistical coordination of appointments and agreed clinical follow-up

Information provided through digital media does not replace an in-person medical consultation or emergency care.

User care is provided through social media and digital messaging. Immediate availability or continuous attention is not guaranteed.

4. User responsibility

The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information, disclose relevant medical history and follow the professional guidance provided. Dr. Juan Mena is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect or omitted information by the user.

5. Limitation of liability

• The results of procedures may vary for each patient.
• Specific results are not guaranteed.

6. Payments, bookings and cancellations

Payment, booking, cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated to the user in advance before confirming any service.

7. Appropriate use of channels

The user agrees to use the communication channels respectfully. Offensive, abusive or inappropriate language is not allowed; non-compliance may result in restricted access.

8. Content ownership

All digital content (texts, images, logos and informational material) is the property of Dr. Juan Mena and may not be used without prior authorization.

9. Modifications

Dr. Juan Mena reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
